150% MONEY BACK Guarantee
Every order on LiveFootballTickets.com comes with the same promise: you walk in, you watch soccer. Our 150% Money Back Guarantee is how we protect every single booking — the strongest in the secondary ticket market.
Every order, backed by 150%
Every booking is covered by our 150% Money Back Guarantee — the strongest in the secondary ticket market. The math is simple: 100% of what you paid back, plus a 50% credit toward your next booking. That's 150% of what you spent — your money back, and then some. The only secondary marketplace that pays this much.
Replacements first, always
Our first move on any issue is to contact the seller for replacement tickets. We don't sit on problems, and we act quickly — the moment something looks off, our support team steps in to help. That is always the priority. The 150% is the backstop behind it, and it kicks in automatically if replacements can't reach you in time.
Your tickets, on their way
We track every order from purchase to delivery. Most tickets are released by clubs in the days before kickoff, and we coordinate with sellers to make sure they reach you with time to spare. If we spot anything that might affect delivery, we contact you straight away — you don't need to chase us. The vast majority of orders arrive smoothly, and the 150% sits behind every one.
Tickets that work at the gate
Our marketplace is made up of a vetted network of ticket specialists with strong track records. The vast majority of orders go through the gate without a hitch. If anything does come up, a letter of rejection from the stadium and a quick photo from the gate are all we need. Most cases are resolved on the spot with replacements, and the 150% applies when that is not possible.
Full refund if a game is cancelled
If a game is cancelled outright with no rescheduled date, you receive a refund (see the Terms for full details). If the game is rescheduled and the new date does not work for you, get in touch. In line with our Terms, we cannot refund rescheduled games, but we will help you relist your tickets on the marketplace so you can try to recover your money.
Real support from real people
Questions before you buy? Want to double-check something after you've booked? Our team is reachable by email and live chat — we aim to respond within 24 hours on business days, and faster on game days. No bots, no scripts. Real people who actually answer.
