I had a very smooth experience, tickets were delivered on time, I was able to access them seamlessly, added them directly to my wallet. Someone by the name Sam was in touch with me through the process, explained how I should enter the stadium. I was taking my parents for the Arsenal vs Chelsea game. So I was worried about the passes not scanning but his instructions were on point and not difficult and we were all able to enter and watch a great game of football. The experience was fabulous! I must say that everything was fully professional. From ordering my ticket, and getting two confirmation emails. Then close to the event an email indicating that the seller was trying to get in touch with me. Once I gained contact with him I soon received the ticket. Yes, I was nervous going through the gate at the stadium but I think this was due to my first experience with livefootballtickets. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.
